Volunteer Befriender Opportunity

Sophie is a Family Support Coordinator with the local charity, Home-Start Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham. This is a charity which is an early intervention service that supports families in the tri-borough who have at least one child aged between 0-5 or are expecting a baby. Their two core services are our therapy supports and our befrienders who pay weekly 2-hour visits to family homes, both of which are made up of our wonderful team of volunteers.

We are currently in the process of recruiting a new cohort of volunteer befrienders in the lead up to our Autumn and Winter Preparation Courses, taking place this September and November.
